Understanding your Online Invoice

No need to worry about paper bills! At Vonage, we don't send out monthly bills or statements, instead, you can have access to your account information whenever, wherever, and however you choose. Your account information is at your fingertips in your secure Online Account. Now doesn't that make life simple?

You can access your Online Invoice using your Online Account.

  1. Using your Username and Password, logon to your Vonage Online Account.
  2. Click on the Billing tab.

For more detail about the different types of invoices, select the invoice type below:

Current Bill

Your current bill provides a real-time overview of your account usage, giving you control of your Vonage service. If your current usage exceeds $75, Vonage will automatically bill for that amount in advance of your statement date.

Monthly Statement

Our hassle-free billing system eliminates the need to mail payments. Every month on your sign-up anniversary date, your monthly service charges will be billed to your payment method on file. This includes your monthly service charges for the upcoming month, as well as any overage charges or 411 usage during the month which just ended.

Start-up Invoice

The very first invoice listed in billing history shows your start-up billing. This includes equipment charges, activation fees, and promotional rate plans.
