How Do I Return My Phone Adapter?

All Phone Adapter returns must include a Return Authorization Voucher (RA Voucher). If you do not have an RA Voucher, please Contact Us.

A message will be sent to your email address on record that includes your RA Voucher number and shipping instructions. For your convenience, a pre-addressed label is included at the bottom of the RA Voucher email message. Print the message and separate the label. Circle the reason for return and affix the label to the package.

A copy of the RA Voucher email message must also be placed inside the return package. Ensure the package contains the correct Phone Adapter to be returned. Also include the correct power supply (if applicable), and any accessories.

Vonage must receive the return package within 14 days from the issuance of the RA Voucher. Depending on your circumstances, your Phone Adapter will become inactive either immediately or after 14 days from the issue date of the RA Voucher. Please remember you are responsible for return shipping charges.
