Update or Change your Payment Information

You can update or change your payment information anytime using your Vonage Online Account.

How do I update my payment information?

Here's how to update or change your payment information:

  1. Using your Username and Password, logon to your Vonage Online Account.
  2. Click on the Account link.
  3. Scroll down to Payment Information and click Edit Payment Information.
  4. Review, change, or update your payment method.
    • Ensure that the billing address for your payment method matches the billing address Vonage has on file.
    • Be sure that you enter your name exactly as it appears in your payment method account.
    • Errors matching your name or address may cause payments to fail.
  5. Click Save Changes.

 

How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment online through your secure Online Account at any time. For security purposes we cannot process payment requests through email. Please do not email us your payment information.

In order to make a payment through your Vonage Online Account please follow the easy steps below:

  1. Using your Username and Password, logon to your Vonage Online Account.
  2. Click on the Make a Payment link located in the "Welcome" box. If the Make a Payment link does not appear when you log into your Vonage Online Account, your account is in good standing and there is no need to make a payment at this time.
  3. Verify your payment type, account information, and billing address are correct.
  4. Click the Submit button to make a payment.
  5. You will receive an email message confirming your payment.
