Vonage Online Account
With Vonage Online Account, you have the ability to control your Vonage experience. You can review calling activity, manage your billing information, and setup your features. You can even listen to your voicemail online!
Logging into Vonage Online Account
To access Vonage Online Account, you will need your username and password.
You can log in to your
Vonage
Online Account from any part of the
Vonage website. Simply enter your username and password in the boxes at the top of the screen and click GO.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need your username and the current email address on file for your account. Click here to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your username, simply contact Customer Care and we will be able to assist you personally.
Should you attempt to log in more than 5 times with an incorrect username or password, for security reasons you must wait at least 15 minutes before trying to log in again.
Navigating Vonage Online Account
Using Vonage Online Account is easy! At the top of the screen you'll find your Account Status and links to each of the following tabs.
| Dashboard | The Dashboard provides recent calling activity, as well as links to Voicemail, Call Forwarding, and Refer-A-Friend. You will also see important announcements such as new feature launches, planned system maintenance, or service outages. You should check your dashboard for service announcements prior to contacting Customer Care. |
| Activity | The Activity tab allows you to review calling activity one week at a time. You can also search for calls to a specific number or with advanced filters using the Advanced Activity Search. |
| Billing | Within the Billing tab, you can review your Current Billing and Account Information as well as Adding an Additional Line, Changing your Rate Plan, or Editing your Payment Information. In Billing History, you can review Previous Invoices and Payments. |
| Voicemail | Clicking the Voicemail tab puts your Voicemail at your fingertips. You can listen to your Voicemail online and setup email notifications to stay "in the loop". You can also Add Visual Voicemail so that you can read your Voicemail anywhere, anytime – even your mobile device. |
| Account | The Account tab allows you to review and edit your account information including 911 Address, Payment Information, and Billing Address. You can also Change your Account Password. |
| Orders | Clicking the Orders tab displays the status and shipping information (if applicable) for any of the orders placed during your account history. |
| Features | Within the Features tab you are able to setup the Features provided with your Vonage service. Available features include Call Forwarding, Network Availability Number, Call Waiting, Anonymous Call Block and many more. |
| Add-Ons | The Add-ons tab provides one-click access to complement your Vonage service with valuable and time-saving enhancements. These include Virtual Phone Numbers, and SoftPhones. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my Username at any time?
The username you had created when you started the account cannot be changed. Each username is unique to each account.
Can I put my account on hold while traveling?
While we cannot put accounts on hold, we give you
the freedom to take your number anywhere. Whether it's a short trip or
a permanent move, you don't have to give up your number just because
you're out of area. All you need is Vonage phone service and a
broadband Internet connection. When visiting family, going on vacation
or traveling for business, you can make and receive calls from one
convenient
Vonage
number.
I have more than one
Vonage
line already on two separate accounts. Can I merge these into one account?
At this time, we are working on plans to allow customers to merge multiple lines into single accounts. You can still use your Vonage Online Account to setup features such as Call Forwarding and SimulRing®.
How do I add an authorized user to my account?
You can add an authorized user to your account at any time. Simply add the name(s) of authorized user(s) before the primary account holder's first name. Click here to Edit your Account Information.
