Marc Lefar Chief Executive Officer

<p>Marc Lefar joined Vonage as Chief Executive Officer in July 2008.</p> <p>Prior to joining Vonage, Lefar was the principal consultant of Marketing Insights, a technology and media consultancy, which he founded. During this time, he served as senior advisor and operational expert to McKinsey & Co., actively engaged on private equity transactions and hedge fund advisory services in telecom, media and entertainment.</p> <p>From 2003 to 2007, Lefar served as Chief Marketing Officer for Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Mobility), responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy and execution, including advertising and media, product management, pricing, business development, customer lifecycle management, national promotions and merchandising, market research, and business analytics. Lefar played a major leadership role in the acquisition and successful integration of AT&T Wireless into Cingular in 2005. And, he was one of the lead executives in developing the relationship with Apple for the exclusive iPhone, working directly with Steve Jobs. During his tenure, his team drove Cingular's data business more than tenfold to $7 billion.</p> <p>Prior to joining Cingular (AT&T), Lefar served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Cable and Wireless Global, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing across a dozen countries. Lefar has also held senior leadership roles at Verizon Wireless and GTE Wireless.</p> <p>Lefar began his career at Procter & Gamble. During his nine years at P&G, he held positions of increasing responsibility in both finance and brand management in the U.S. and Eastern Europe.</p> <p>In 2011, <a href="http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/07/05/president-obama-announces-more-key-administration-posts" target="_blank">Lefar was appointed as a member of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee</a>.</p><p>A native of New Jersey, Lefar has a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He has <a href="http://georgia.wish.org/about-us/board-of-directors/" target="_blank">served on the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Georgia and Alabama</a> for five years, and is an advisor to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Wellness Program, focused on reducing childhood obesity. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and Red Bank, New Jersey.</p>

David Pearson Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

<p>David Pearson joined Vonage as Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer in May 2013, overseeing the Finance and Investor Relations organizations. Dave brings deep knowledge and experience in the global telecom and wireless industry to Vonage, along with financial and management expertise.</p>
<p>Dave has more than 18 years of executive leadership experience and more than 21 years of relevant industry experience. He joins us from Deutsche Bank, where he spent more than nine years as a Managing Director and was Global Media & Telecom Group Head, building one of the top U.S. and global media and telecommunications investment banking teams. Dave was responsible for all aspects of the group, including strategic planning, capital allocation, personnel, risk management and compliance, in addition to advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Dave worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for nine years, leaving as a Managing Director in the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. During his banking career, Dave advised on more than 30 completed M&A transactions, and raised more than $50 billion of equity and debt capital for global TMT clients. Dave started his career at Coopers & Lybrand.</p><p>Dave holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his A.B. in Political Science and Organizational Behavior/Management from Brown University.</p>

Kurt Rogers Chief Legal Officer

<p>Kurt Rogers joined Vonage as a Chief Legal Officer in July 2009. Kurt is responsible for all legal, intellectual property, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as the Company's Program Management Office and Enterprise Risk Management Program. Kurt, who is a member of several bar associations, has more than 16 years of legal experience with extensive experience litigating patents, trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks. Prior to joining Vonage, Kurt was a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP. Earlier, he was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP.</p><p>
Kurt is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School, where he was an editor on the <i>Cornell Law Review</i>. He has lectured about and published numerous articles on intellectual property issues.</p>

Barbara Goodstein Chief Marketing Officer

<p>Barbara Goodstein joined Vonage as Chief Marketing Officer in July 2012, leading our Sales and Marketing organization. Barbara is responsible for all aspects of the Company's sales and marketing strategy and execution, including advertising and media, segment marketing, promotions and merchandising, direct and indirect distribution channels, customer lifecycle management, market research and business analytics.</p><p>Barbara comes to us with 27 years of experience leading marketing, innovation and P&L functions primarily for financial services companies. She has held management and senior leadership positions at AXA Equitable, American Express and JP Morgan Chase. </p><p>Barbara holds a B.A. from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University School of Business.</p>

Kimberly O'Loughlin SVP Customer Care & Managing Director International Markets

<p>Kimberly O'Loughlin joined Vonage in April of 2009 as Senior Vice President of Customer Care. </p><p>Kimberly comes to Vonage with 20 years of experience in customer service, Internet (web) services, operations, IT, product management, marketing and strategic planning at the senior executive level. Her prior experience includes executive roles at AT&T Wireless and Consumer Services and most recently as Vice President, Customer Care Operations and Systems at AIG.</p><p>Kimberly has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. She also studied abroad at Oxford University.</p>

Graham McGonigal SVP Network Operations

<p>Graham McGonigal joined Vonage in February, 2012 as Senior Vice President of Network Operations</p><p>Graham comes to us with more than 30 years of technical experience and has held senior leadership roles within AT&T, Cingular Wireless and Bellsouth. At AT&T Mobility, Graham led the national data and service delivery networks and created highly competitive wireless data networks. He has successfully launched many data products and services, including the iPhone. He possesses a broad engineering, operations and quality background. Most recently, Graham was the Chief Operations Officer at nsoroMasTec LLC., a professional services company serving the telecommunications industry.</p><p>Graham holds a Bachelors of Science from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia.</p>

Michael Tempora SVP Product Management

<p>Mike Tempora joined Vonage in December of 2008 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management. In this role, Mike defines the customer experience for new products, as well as enhancements for existing services. </p><p> In December of 2010 Mike took on the additional responsibility of General Manager, International Long Distance.</p><p>Mike has over 27 years of experience in telecommunications and financial services and an extensive background in new product development and marketing. He also has extensive experience in contract negotiations, finance and personnel development. Mike most recently served at AT&T Mobility as Assistant Vice President, Converged Services Product Marketing, leading the development of integrated wireless and landline products including video, Internet and home phone service. Prior to that, he served in executive roles at AT&T Wireless and AT&T as Vice President, Consumer Marketing & Product Management and Vice President, Consumer Operations Transformation, respectively. His experience also includes executive roles with MasterCard International.</p>
