What is Business International Calling?
International calling simply involves calls made between different countries. Vonage international calling plans enable long-distance calls from the U.S. to a large number of other countries, allowing you to establish a global presence wherever your business is located. And you can easily and cost-effectively customize your international calling to fit your budget.
How do Vonage International Calling Plans work?
Vonage International Calling plans offer Minute Bundles that can be used account-wide to call up to 85 countries for a fixed price. These international business calling plans support all extension types for fixed, landline, and mobile phones, including Unlimited, Metered, High-Usage, Mobile, and Unlimited Mobile extensions, as well as Virtual Receptionists.

How to use VBC International Calling Plans
Here’s how Global Calling Plans work:
Choose your countries — First you choose the group of countries listed in Tier 1 or Tier 2 (or both) that covers your organization’s international calling needs.
Select your minutes — You select an amount of minutes based on your usage, and you’ve easily and cost-effectively customized your international calling to fit your budget.
Start calling — Now you can easily and affordably begin making international calls.
You aren’t notified when your Minute Bundle is used up, and additional bundles are not automatically added. Once exhausted, regular international rates apply.
To add Minute Bundles or additional bundles to your account, contact us for assistance. NOTE: If you add this service after the start of your billing period, the cost is prorated.
International Calling Tiers & Rates
Vonage offers two international calling tiers that feature different pricing and eligible countries.
Tier 1
Includes more populous countries like the U.S., UK, Brazil, France, Germany, Mexico, Canada, and more. Per-minute bundle prices range from 1,000 minutes for $50 per month to 100,000 minutes for $4,120 per month.
Tier 2
Includes countries like Venezuela, South Africa, Egypt, Kuwait, El Salvador, and more. Per-minute bundle prices range from 1,000 minutes for $110 per month to 100,000 minutes for $9,680 per month.
For both tiers, minutes reset each billing period and unused minutes don’t roll over to the next month. Once a Minute Bundle has been used up, regular international rates apply.

To view your Minute Bundle usage:
Sign in to the Admin Portal.
Click Billing and then click Billing History.
Click Show Details next to Current Usage.
Click Pre-paid Bundles to view usage.
