SVP of Channel Sales and Business Development Mario DeRiggi spoke on the Channel Chief Roundtable panel, highlighting the Vonage approach to the changing landscape of communication and the channel. “As customers’ adoption of cloud-based business applications increases, we are focused on building the enablement structure required to support our partners’ need to address this growing demand,” said Mr. DeRiggi. “Similarly, we are focused on educating our partner community to ensure they understand and take full advantage of the benefits of the One Vonage platform and that they are able to deliver that same message to their customer base.”
And the Winner is…
We were thrilled to be honored with four awards during the show, recognizing our innovation, leadership, creativity, and dedication to our partners. First Mario DeRiggi was inducted into the 2019 Circle of Excellence. The Channel Partners team created the Circle to honor the most respected collection of leaders in the channel, recognized for helping their partners create business value for their customers. Mario was chosen for his vision, innovation and advocacy of the channel.
Our booth, which was eye-catching and filled with innovative activations and demos, won a Best Booth Award for the second year in a row! We’re proud that our amazing team was able to exceed expectations once again, defending our title on the show floow.
We were also honored to receive a Channel Partners Choice Award in recognition of innovations in our channel programs. The fact that our nomination was submitted by our partner CrosStar Network Solutions made it all the more meaningful.
Channel VP Jim Regan represented Vonage on the conference mainstage, accepting our Talkin’ Cloud 100 Trend of the Year award for forward-thinking market analysis that anticipates the next big business opportunity for CSPs - namely, our One Vonage platform approach and integrated solutions. Joined onstage by fellow honorees from Fuze and Webscale, Jim shared our belief that customers are interacting in increasingly different ways, and increasingly we’re seeing a blurring of the lines between unified communications, programmable communications and contact center, which ultimately led to the creation of the One Vonage platform.
