Day One of Dreamforce at the Vonage Hub highlighted the Vonage offering with customer panels, product demos and breakout sessions focused on just that - sharing strategies and solutions designed to help businesses put people and conversations first, for the ultimate customer experience.
The first session of the morning, a Financial Services Effortless Experience Breakfast included moderator Mike Kamburis of Salesforce, and a panel of customers from Solarity Credit Union, Republic Bank, and Goosehead Insurance to discuss what it takes to provide a superior customer experience in order to drive the kind of loyalty that keeps customers coming back again and again.

Vonage CEO Alan Masarek also addressed the crowd of financial services providers, focusing on the power of meeting the customer wherever they prefer, creating a seamless customer journey.

Following the morning session, Dreamforce 2019 officially kicked off with a keynote address from Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. For those not able to attend at the Moscone Center just across the street, the Vonage Hub hosted a standing room only Keynote Viewing Party.
Following the keynote, a customer luncheon session moderated by Reggie Scales, Vonage SVP of Field Sales for North America brought together a panel of Vonage customers, including cloud-delivered 4G LTE network solutions provider Cradlepoint, healthcare services provider Labor First and software provider Volusion. The panelists provided their respective companies’ digital transformation journey with Vonage and how the One Vonage platform, with its seamless integration with Salesforce, allows them to create a singular customer experience while continuing to evolve and scale with their communications needs as their companies grow.
