Admins can enable features to the company: automatically open call log window with inbound calls, minimum character limits in call notes, and customizable call noting subject structure.
Call history quick access
The “Call History” tab in the VonageConnect Panel allows users to quickly view and act on missed calls, or to view and note calls that were placed and received while away from the office.
