Can I add extensions on my own? Are there extra setup charges?
Vonage® phone systems are scalable and allow you to add and subtract a business extension based on your business needs. Adding a new extensions is very easy. In fact, you can add new extensions yourself via the Admin Portal, or you can contact a Vonage Business representative to do it for you.
There is no setup charge to add a new business extension; the cost of additional extensions is simply added to your regular monthly plan. Multi-line discounts are also based on the number of extensions added. Visit Vonage® Business Cloud to see how this works with a Business Cloud solution.
