Yes. Account-wide phone activity reports and analytics are available for many of our products across Vonage Business Cloud. Phone reports and phone analytics are also available with contact centers , business application integrations , and call recording services. For easy access, detailed phone reports and phone analytics can be accessed any time from our web portals.

Yes.  Each plan  includes  Vonage Meetings,  which offers voice and video collaboration as well as team messaging.  It's accessible via  desktop or mobile app,  or web browser.

Yes!   We have a hosted call center solution,  as well as more advanced contact center  solutions that integrate seamlessly  with  Salesforce and other CRMs to maximize  agent productivity .

An extension is your phone number. But unlike traditional phone system lines, our extensions work by allowing different devices to register with your phone system IP address. So as long as your phone is connected to internet it can be located by the phone system, and receive calls at the appropriate extension number.

When you sign up for Vonage, you’ll receive your own Vonage Business extension number that you can use with up to three different devices (e.g., desk phone at work, desk phone at home or on your smartphone, tablet or laptop using our mobile app).

In many situations, it is possible to transfer phone numbers including toll-free numbers to your Vonage Business phone system. Porting both your normal business numbers and toll-free numbers to Vonage Business may take up to 20 business days, but it can be completed without any service interruptions. During that time, Vonage will provide you with a temporary number. If your phone numbers are available to transfer, there is no charge to bring them with you when you switch your service.

We understand that your phones and communication systems are the lifeblood of your business, so we take every precaution possible to ensure porting your phone numbers from your current provider and transitioning to Vonage is smooth and seamless.

Nope, you don’t need a desk phone. Vonage's mobile app lets you make and receive calls on your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone, and you can even  purchase a mobile-only plan if you like. . The service works just like a desk phone and many customers use it before their desk phones arrive to start calling within hours of purchasing their service. Online portals let you access your account, manage settings, change features and more from anywhere you have internet.

Yes, and it’s easy! We offer powerful mobile apps and softphones for our customers which let you make and receive calls from your business phone number on any device, as long as you’re connected with high-speed internet (data charges may apply).

Vonage does offer plug-and-play phone system service. Plug-and-play phone systems allow for simple setups without the need for any technical experience. Your new IP phones arrive ready to make and receive calls, creating a true “plug-and-play” solution right out of the box. And account settings can easily be administered from our intuitive online portal.

Plug and play systems are easy to set up. But they also have the added benefit of being portable. You can plug your IP phone in anywhere you have high speed internet to enjoy all the benefits of your business phone system.

Our phone systems are scalable and allow you to add and subtract a business extension based on your business needs. Adding a new extensions is very easy. In fact, you can add new extensions yourself via the Admin Portal, or you can contact a Vonage representative to do it for you.

There is no setup charge to add a new business extension; the cost of additional extensions is simply added to your regular monthly plan. Multi-line discounts are also based on the number of extensions added.

No, business phone system hardware, a.k.a. physical phones and accessories, are not included with your phone system. However, we offer great prices on all our certified IP phones and accessories. In some cases, you can use your current business phone hardware with Vonage instead of buying new business phone system hardware. Existing phones must be SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) capable to be compatible with your Vonage system.

In some cases you can use your current VoIP phones with your Vonage phone system, and one of our technicians can reconfigure them to work on our system. If you prefer to purchase new phones, we offer a comprehensive selection of business phones.
