Your Vonage Business Service

As an Account Administrator, you can create/manage users, add or remove features, manage services, billing and view/manage reports. There are three ways to access your account:

Admin Portal

This is where you’ll manage features like users, extensions, virtual receptionist and call routing. You can also view call reports and trends.

Use your computer to make or receive calls, send or receive messages, send faxes, access voicemail, and use our VBC meetings video conferencing features. Install the Desktop App, then watch our tutorial
