Getting started with Vonage
As the person who created the Vonage Business Communications account, you are the Account Owner. As the Account Owner you are the Account Super User. An Account Super User has the access rights to create Account Administrators and End Users as well as manage all aspects of your account.
Follow these easy steps to begin your account setup:

Check the email address provided at purchase for an email with the subject line “Important Information About Your Vonage Business Account”.

In the email from step 1, click the link to set up your password and security questions to gain access to your account portal.

Once you are in the portal, create users and choose your company phone numbers using our Account Setup tasks.
