Overview
The solution empowers contact centers to deliver a complete and consolidated patient experience with a 360° view of the patient record. Contact center agents and Triage Nurses are provided actionable workflow delivering world-class care experiences to the contact users, clinical staff and ultimately patients. Patient Access Care also provides real-time Electronic Health Record (EHR) triggered patient reminders and self-service supporting patient workflows such as scheduling, billing, orders, referrals and medication management.
