The Vonage Developer Portal includes step-by-step tutorials to create and retrieve key reports to fit your requirements. You can conveniently:

  • Create a CSV report using the ASYNC endpoint. Vonage Reports API confirms if the request format is correct, then places it in the processing queue. You can then check the current status of the report. Vonage Reports API can also send a callback to notify your application when the report has been generated.
  • Use a graphical tool to generate a report. A graphical interface can reduce complexity and guide non-technical users when working within Vonage Reports API.
  • Retrieve transactional records in JSON format. This flexible option uses a command line in the SYNC version to support record retrieval by message ID, record ID, or by time period — either in a single record or batches of up to 1,000 records.
