Call Logs allow access to detailed call records by extension or account. You can run custom reports on call log activity by simply logging into your Admin Portal.
How Call Logs works
It’s easy to use a Call Log to create call records. Just set a start date and time and an end date and time for your report query, run the report, and either print the results, save them as a PDF, or export them as an Excel document.
View the direction of calls, call activity, call duration, and call volumes.
Check additional rates for international calling and ensure your phones are used appropriately.
Use call log data to make executive decisions, like when to add more or less staff, or whether to update your IVR with new options.
