VBC’s Contacts feature allows you to view company-wide phone numbers, add your own contacts or route calls through Vonage Contact Center (if you’re a VCC customer). This makes it easy to reach colleagues and customers as well as direct calls to relevant extensions or groups.
Quickly add and integrate contacts
Import external phone numbers into your personalized VBC Contacts list. Sync contacts from a third party (such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, or G Suite) for easy access to those phone numbers.
Get individual contact information or set up Call Groups through the Admin Portal in order to reach out to groups of employees based on location, department or team. From Contacts, users can click to make a call, send a message or meet over video.
Vonage Contact Center Integration
This feature allows users of Vonage Business Communications to route calls through their Vonage Contact Center application's dial plans. These may be a simple Call Queue or a complicated call routing plan that includes an Interactive Voice Response menu.
