Andy Ulrich, Chief Information Security Officer

Andy Ulrich is the Chief Information Security Officer for Vonage, responsible for the protection of Vonage’s infrastructure and information, as well as customer and partner data. He has been a cybersecurity leader across multiple industries for over 20 years, with broad experience in the telecommunications, financial and government sectors.

Prior to joining Vonage, Andy was the Head of Security for North America at Ericsson, responsible for cybersecurity, physical security and crisis management across the United States and Canada. During that time, he drove programs to defend the company and its customers in the modern geopolitical threat landscape, and implemented enhancements to the security of deliveries to customers.

Before joining Ericsson, Andy was the Chief Information Security Officer for MoneyGram. He is a 24-year veteran of the US Army.
