Congrats to Dave Pearson, NJ Tech Council CFO of the Year!

We’re proud to announce that Dave Pearson, our Chief Financial Officer here at Vonage, was honored as CFO of the Year by the New Jersey Tech Council, a private, nonprofit membership organization which supports the tech, innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystems across the state and region.

An annual event, the CFO Awards recognize the accomplishments of financial executives from the state's diverse tech and life sciences communities, honoring and celebrating the outstanding contributions of leading CFOs and investors in the industry. It’s no surprise to us that Dave earned this distinction!

Since joining Vonage in 2013, Dave has been a visionary and critical leader of our overall business strategy, helping to put Vonage on a path to rapid growth. He was instrumental in developing an innovative strategy for growth, changed the way we operates our business, and was an integral driver of Vonage's successful pivot from residential communications provider to leading cloud communications provider for business.

Under Dave’s watchful eye, 2017 proved to be a transformational year as Vonage Business revenues exceeded consumer revenues for the first time. And, with Dave’s leadership, we saw strong results in 2017, growing consolidated revenues to $1 billion!

CFO Award winners were honored during a June 8 awards ceremony in Princeton, NJ. Honorees were nominated by third-party submissions, and selected for their distinguished leadership and contributions not only to their companies, but to the New Jersey tech community as a whole.
