Vonage and Smartfren for Business Enter Partnership to Deliver A2P SMS Services in Indonesia
Vonage has entered a strategic partnership with Smartfren for Business and will provide the leading telecommunications and digital solutions company with SMS Application-to-Person (A2P) services in Indonesia.
Through the partnership, Smartfren for Business will leverage Vonage’s platform to enable a fast and reliable interaction between customers and businesses through A2P messaging. With Vonage handling the delivery of personalized messages to thousands or millions of customers throughout Indonesia, the collaboration will enable Smartfren for Business to simplify the communication process, increase efficiencies and provide a better customer experience.
