For over 10 years, Vonage has been both a contact center and communications API leader. And thanks to this experience and excellence, Vonage has released open-source components to accelerate the creation of advanced one-way and two-way integrations deep into the Salesforce ecosystem. For you, this means the ability to deploy Lightning components to manage and tailor these integrations to best meet your needs.

Ready to Automate Communications With Vonage and Salesforce? 

There are millions of Salesforce developers (and at least that many Salesforce administrators). And we’ve started this initiative with messaging components to support our SMS API and Messages API. The following illustrate ways to use Vonage APIs to build Salesforce into your product releases or workflows:

  • sample code to trigger SMS or WhatsApp: Includes Apex classes and complete Vonage configuration

  • unmanaged open-source components: Feature the UI Lightning component and necessary back-end classes, including event-based updates

In both cases, Vonage provides the access and documentation to safely integrate an array of tools. These make it easy for customers to communicate with you through popular messaging platforms.
