Vonage Launches New Reseller Program
The Unified Communications and Contact Center market continues to see a significant portion consumed through service providers. These include value-added resellers, telcos, mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), global system integrators and technology companies. To address this trend requires product, billing and a robust go-to-market program. To that extent, building on its success in the Channel, Vonage has launched a comprehensive reseller program to provide greater flexibility and access to customers in the region looking for best-in-class communication solutions.

The new Vonage Reseller Program is designed to empower partners to offer Vonage products as part of their overall offering(s). The program has been purpose-built to reward resell partners with tiered discounting and enable them to add value with their own implementation and support services if required. Through this new route to market, resell partners will own the commercial contract while Vonage delivers its unified, end-to-end communication experience including Unified Communications and Contact Centers.
