NVM at DF18: Boost CX and Build Your Network at NewVoiceMedia’s Dreamforce Events
The countdown to Dreamforce continues with just 20 days to go! We’re getting excited for everything that Salesforce has in store – from the expo floor to the Dreamfest stage.
As a proud sponsor of Dreamforce for the 6th consecutive year, NewVoiceMedia has been busy putting together our own agenda of activities for Trailblazers. Here’s what we have planned.
Make every conversation great
NVM will be featured in the Customer Success Expo, where we’ll be demonstrating how our cloud contact center platform enables businesses to build a more personal relationship with every customer and make every conversation great by connecting your customers' digital and contact center journeys. You can find us at booth 1538 on the expo floor in the Moscone Convention Center, as well as at the nearby Marriott Marquis in the Sales Lodge (Booth 14) and Service Lodge (Booth 3). We’ll be giving away some fun swag, and if you stop by our expo booth you could enter to win an Elby electric bike! You can also book a one-on-one meeting with us for a more in-depth demonstration of how we can help you have more successful conversations with your customers.
Just a quick walk from the Dreamforce action is the NVM Hub at 431 Tehama Street. Stop by for a chat and a cold beverage, or take a moment to chill on our rooftop patio. We’ll be hosting some exciting events at the hub throughout the week.
As in years past, NVM has planned some insight-packed learning sessions for Dreamforce. Covering topics targeted at both sales and service professionals, these sessions will feature our own experts as well as some our favorite CX thought leaders.
Join us in the NVM Hub on Sept. 26 for Selling is a team sport: coaching as a science, where you’ll hear from some of the best sales leaders in North America about how to get your inside sales teams firing on all cylinders. Additionally, Chase Larson, Chief Technology Officer at SixPack Abs, who has led the implementation of solutions that have helped his sales team increase deals closed by 127 percent, and other members of his sales team will be at the NVM Hub from 2-4 p.m. on Sept. 26 demonstrating LIVE lead follow-up during the SixPack Abs Showcase, sponsored by PCI Pal.
On Sept. 27, we’ll be hosting a joint session with Bluewolf, entitled Omni-channel and AI customer service trends. Here, you can learn how the best customer service organizations are focusing on omni-channel for an improved customer experience, AI and analytics in action, and empowering service teams to keep their customers happy in 2018 and beyond.
Finally, on Sept. 28, you can join us at the NVM Hub for mimosas and a fireside chat with our CEO, Dennis Fois, along with Gainsight CEO Nick Mehta. Dennis and Nick will explain why customer emotions are the single most important predictor of brand loyalty and how businesses can operationalize positive emotional connections across their sales, services, and success teams.
Build your network
The NVM Hub will also be a place for Dreamforce Trailblazers to unwind and network. Stop by and join us for happy hour bites, beverages and a live broadcast of the Dreamforce opening keynote, featuring Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and special guests, on Sept. 25. This is a great way to skip the lines and relax without missing a minute of the action.
We’ll also be hosting an Oktoberfest party on Sept. 26., where you can enjoy some traditional beer and bratwurst while socializing in an intimate setting. But spaces are filling up fast, so make sure you RSVP sooner than later.
