Comitre continued, “The patients, they don’t see any difference in what platform we are using on our end. But when we are talking about millions of messages per month, there is always a chance that ‘message not delivered’ will happen. That flexibility to move to different platforms becomes more important as we move to different parts of the many countries with which we work, and Vonage does that. Some patients prefer to use WhatsApp, and some want another messaging platform. Vonage enables this, allowing us to have a better delivery rate so we reach more patients in the channel they are most comfortable using, helping us to ensure high security standards.”
