Channel Partners Conference & Expo: THE Event of 2023!
The annual Channel Partners Conference & Expo this year did not disappoint. Taking place May 1-4, 2023 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, NV, it is the world’s largest independent channel event.

As usual, Vonage went with a very big presence at the show featuring an all new “All in with Vonage” theme. The 1,600 square foot Vonage booth featured innovative Vonage technology that our partners are putting in the hands of their customers today, as well sneak peeks at exciting product developments that are right around the corner.

Over the course of the four day show, Vonage executives had the opportunity to participate in three sessions, including two Keynotes on the Main Stage.
Building Resilience and Revenue Through Innovation
During this mainstage keynote, Vonage Chief Operating Officer Jay Bellissimo provided an overview of the Vonage Communications Platform and how this unrelenting focus on product innovation has enabled Vonage partners to be trusted advisors to their customers while expanding their revenue potential per deal and overall market share. He also shared an outlook for the future and how the Company continues to drive new revenue streams for partners to help them build resilience for their businesses.
The Future of the Channel: The Ultimate Vendor Power Panel
This mainstage multi-vendor panel featured Vonage SVP Global Sales Reggie Scales and leading industry peers. The panel explored how today’s tech leaders are meeting customers’ business challenges head on while working to drive success for their partner communities. They also discussed how the channel continues to evolve and that, by structuring an agile team, they are able to support partners to drive new revenue and service opportunities and, ultimately, find success.
UC and CC - Consolidation without Compromise
Vonage Channel Chief Jim Regan moderated this panel of channel and product experts to uncover why a truly integrated suite of solutions helps businesses create differentiated experiences for their customers - and how this drives increased productivity within their organizations. Core to this discussion was the convergence of UC and CC and how this consolidation is shaping the future of the industry, and arming enterprises with the ability to meet the communications needs of customers, employees and agents — all from a single platform.

And the Award Goes To…
During the show, Vonage’s own SVP of Marketing Partnerships & Strategy Irfan Fazlulla was honored with the Circle of Excellence award for his commitment to the channel. An annual award, the Circle of Excellence recognizes channel leaders who inspire their partners to drive digital transformation for customers. These executives are honored for their vision, innovation and advocacy of the indirect channel during a time of transition and convergence.
Vonage was also awarded “Best in Show” by Channel Partners organizers for its booth activation, chosen from more than 375 exhibitors!
In addition to prizes and giveaways, as a part of Vonage’s support of Girls Who Code, an international nonprofit organization working to close the gender gap in tech, attendees to the Vonage booth also had the opportunity to write a note to support participants in this groundbreaking organization.
With nearly 100 partner meetings taking place during the week, the Vonage was able to make those face-to-face connections with partners old and new that make this show so special each year.
