Enterprise Connect 2025
The annual Enterprise Connect show - the premier event for the enterprise communication and collaboration technology industry - is core to Vonage’s corporate strategy and planning each year. As a leader in the business cloud communications, this show gives us the perfect opportunity to share our perspective with our stakeholders - existing customers, prospective customers, industry analysts and influencers - on the future of communications technology.

Explore Emerging Connectivity
It is also an opportunity for us to showcase our offering - and debut new products and services - and how we are going to continue to deliver innovations that help our businesses drive better engagement, more conversations and deeper customer loyalty in the year ahead.
This year also marked Vonage’s 10th year participating in this prestigious event, which included several dynamic speaking opportunities, tons of customer and analyst meetings, interactive demos of all our products - and even one award!
Lending Thought Leadership
Vonage executives lent their expertise and thought leadership to FOUR panel sessions at EC this year, on a variety of topics.
Tackling the Data Management Challenge Lou Blatt, Head of Product, Applications joined a panel moderated by Zeus Kerravala ZK Research to explore the challenges of integrating and managing data effectively for better CX.
Blatt commented, “When customers aggregate data for reporting, analytics, and AI consumption separate from day-to-day operations of individual systems, they have a better chance of unifying their view across the journey, geographies, and channels.”
Harnessing the Combined Power of UCaaS & CCaaS for Enhanced EX and CX: A Customer Case Study - Reggie Scales, Global Head of Applications and Vonage customer Christine Baumeister of roofing manufacturer GAF engaged in a discussion on the benefits of a single UC+CC solution, moderated by industry analyst Blair Pleasant of COMMfusion.
On the importance of a unified and AI-powered communications solution, Scales noted: “A single-platform approach eliminates silos, improves efficiency, and enhances the overall user experience. By incorporating AI-driven automation, virtual agents, and intelligent call routing, a fully integrated UC and CC solution empowers businesses to optimize customer interactions while reducing operational complexity and costs.”
Baumeister was also named an Enterprise Connect Spotlight Award winner for Women in Communications at a mainstage awards ceremony during the show. The annual award recognizes and celebrates women who demonstrate outstanding qualities of leadership and expertise in technology, promoting innovative ideas and strategies that move their businesses forward. Congratulations, Christine!
Lawrence Bird, Senior Director, Product Marketing, API joined a panel moderated by Raul Castonon, Sr. Analyst, S&P Global Market Intelligence - Programmable Communications for Business Continuity and Digital Transformation - to discuss key trends in how enterprises are improving the digital experience.
“APIs are the tools businesses are using to disrupt their industries by building new generation customer experiences,” Byrd commented.
AI Innovation in the Contact Center: Redefining CX Solutions Engineering Lead Nicole Colehamer led a session on how AI is redefining CX by empowering agents with intelligent assistance, predictive insights and omnichannel engagement: “AI is one of the most exciting recent developments to CX and it will continue to drive what and how much business can achieve.”
CC and UC Vendors: Should Businesses Consolidate or Diversify? Rounding out Vonage’s speaking engagements at this year’s event, Reggie Scales engaged in a panel led by Diane Myers of Metrigy to discuss the true benefits and potential challenges of utilizing a single vendor integrated solution. Scales noted the benefits, stating, “Traditionally, UC is about internal multichannel enterprise communication while CC is about omnichannel communication with customers. By integrating CC+ UC+ AI we are removing the barriers of communication between the two.”
