We’ve provided guidance to our customers to help them easily transition to virtual office set-ups to ensure business continuity. We’re working closely with customers to transition them to virtual contact centers by quickly replicating their call plans and configuring workflows to distribute calls to remote agents, wherever they may be. When ‘business as usual’ is disrupted, the ability to enable a completely virtual environment and maintain access to mission-critical business applications and connections from anywhere becomes more important than ever.

These offers include:

  • A new Business Continuity offer enabling seamless remote work for any business

  • Vonage Free Conferencing, a new standalone video collaboration product for use by anyone

  • SMS Connect, a new Vonage Instant Alert SMS service to distribute real-time updates on the COVID-19 pandemic from government agencies throughout the world. Vonage will open source SMS Connect so it can be shared easily and freely worldwide
