Enhanced Call Forwarding
Whether you're a school nurse on the other side of campus or a working mom at an out-of-state conference, the people who need to reach you will always be able to. Enhanced Call Forwarding forwards your calls to any phone number around the world, so you don't have to worry about missing an important call-no matter where you are.
How to Use Enhanced Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding only takes a moment to set up!
To turn on Call Forwarding from your Vonage phone:
- Dial *72
- Enter the 10-digit phone number you want to forward calls to
- Press #
To turn on Call Forwarding from your Vonage Online Account:
- Log on to your Vonage Online Account
- Click on the "Features" link
- In "Call Forwarding," select the line you want calls to be forwarded from
- Click on the "Configure" button
- Click on the "Basic Call Forwarding" link
- Choose the number of seconds you want your Vonage phone to ring before it forwards the call
- Enter the 10-digit phone number you want to forward calls to
- Click on the "Enable" button
To turn off Call Forwarding, just dial *73. It's that easy!

- Log on to your Vonage Online Account
- Click on the "Features" link
- In International Calling, select the line you want calls to be forwarded from
- Click on the "Configure" button
- Click on the "Enable" button to turn on International Call Forwarding or on the "Disable" button to turn it off
- Click on the "Submit" button
