Megan Doberneck. Head of Legal for Business Area Global Communications Platform (BGCP)

Megan Doberneck is Head of Legal for Business Area Global Communications Platform (BGCP). In her role supporting Vonage, Megan is responsible for the company's global legal affairs, including commercial and technology transactions, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, privacy, employment, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Vonage, Megan was with Vodafone Americas, where she was most recently General Counsel and Company Secretary. In this role, Megan was responsible for the Americas’ legal, regulatory and compliance teams, the Vodafone Americas Foundation team, and Vodafone’s global business product and procurement legal teams.

Megan earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and B.A. in Political Science from University of California at Berkeley.
