With a revitalized brand and global focus, Vonage is building on its success by investing significantly in the UK channel. And this week we were a premier sponsor of Channel Partners Evolution Europe in London, where we formally launched our award-winning channel program in the UK.
The inaugural, two-day Channel Partners Evolution Europe event offered a unique look into the latest opportunities in the channel and connected with the suppliers and partners who can bring new opportunities to life. The channel is evolving at breakneck speed and customers who once needed an array of costly on-premise software are rapidly moving to the cloud. As a result, the once-lucrative business of delivering value-added in-house solutions is giving way to selling technology and communications as a service.

As Jeremy Straker, SVP of International Sales for Vonage, explained on stage on the opening day of the show, “We’re proud to have built the world’s most flexible cloud communications platform, designed to serve the collaboration, communications and experience needs of global businesses. We’ve harmonized our technology stack, rebranded the organization and launched our UC platform here in Europe. Most importantly, we’re delighted to be launching our channel program for Europe here at this event – a program that has already given great success to our channel partners in North America.”
Straker continued, “We’ve built a world-class platform that is unique in its nature and will enable our partners to have a different conversation. We don’t have technology conversations with our customers, we want to talk about future state business with these organizations.”
Mario DeRiggi, SVP Channel Sales & Business Development for Vonage, joined the event’s Pivotal Pivots panel, hosted by Channel Partners’ Kris Blackmon, to discuss our launch and the strategic shifts that have reshaped technology companies and their trajectories. DeRiggi highlighted how changes in the tech landscape have accelerated in recent years:
