Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups promote DE&I and support the professional and personal development of all team members. ERGs are created with the intent to amplify diversity, create a more inclusive environment, and encourage ongoing discussions about equity in the workplace and the world. Each ERG at Vonage has at least one executive sponsor and all are led by our team members. Vonage ERGs serve as forums for Vonage team members to convene with shared interests and common goals.
These ERGs are open to all and create a place for team members to share experiences and connect. Through these connections, Vonage ERGs are building a sense of community and belonging both within our organization and the communities in which we operate.
